Many women today, after pregnancy and with age, are not happy with their Tummy or stomach. During the surgery, an incision is made across the lower part of the abdomen, within the panty line. The sagging skin is lifted toward the rib cage, and the abdominal muscles are then tightened. After pulling the skin back down, the surgeon then removes the excess skin and recreates a new navel.

After the surgery, Dr. Drehsen recommends that you refrain from any strenuous activity for approximately four to six weeks. You will also be advised to wear an abdominal support for several weeks. You will feel some soreness; however, Dr. Drehsen can prescribe medication to ease the discomfort.
